To say I'm disappointed with this service since all the supposed changes for "better service" is an understatement, from being unable to contact the service after trying all day,then to be told the next available appt. is nearly 2 week away and not at my usual surgery yet after managing to actually talk to a doctor "who by the way are absolutely brilliant when you can break through and see one!!I was seen the same day,Don't understand that one!But my main concern was the total breakdown with my wife who needed a new medication and despite 5 letters being sent from the clinic concerned it as taken over a month and numerous phone calls(when you can get through)from myself and the clinic concerned to get it sorted.This to me is not the health service I know and remember and it is not the people at the surgeries to blame everyone I have dealt with there are great,the problem to me lies with people upstairs " so called managers"who need sorting out because they don't seem to have a clue what life outside their ivory towers is like and they need taking out and showing. Sorry to go on so but I am very angry the way my wife has been treated and these faceless wonders up stairs need a wake up kick. Your's a very concerned patient..
