I have been with the surgery for roughly 18 months, having been recommended it by a friend, having moved because I was deeply disatisfied with the general lack of care from many of the GPs at my previous surgery.
The care provided by the GPs (and receptionists and nurses etc) at Carden Surgery is TRULY OUTSTANDING - they listen carefully, examine thoroughly, explain in layman's terms, clarify patiently, at the same time as being very kind and very human.
Yes, the GPs tend to be a little behind schedule, but I want to wait to see them because I know that when it is my turn I will get the type of care I want - care that sets my mind at rest and means I don't have to keep coming back unnecessarily because they have dealt with me properly in the first place.
