The best thing about this doctors surgery is the helpfulness of the receptionists. However when phoning the prescription line to ask for repeat prescriptions half of your medication does not get issued as they say it's not due yet. This is dangerous for some patients who depend on there medication. I order my medication when I can get time off work to collect it so when I turn up to collect my prescription and they tell me it's not due it's annoying to have to take more time off work a few days later. Also I have received a letter from the doctors last week threatening to remove me from the practice because I missed an appointment, You don't miss appointments if you never booked them I phoned them up about this but was not offered any apologize, there are better doctors in the area avoid!
