Easy to get an appointment with Dr Robinson, however found him a little dismissive of my issue.
Asked me give a urine sample and repeated twice that i must knock on the door before re-entering his office. Seemed like he needed to feel important despite the fact that i am the customer. Bit sad really.
This is the problem with paying up front for your health care. Its easily forgotten when you require pay back and seek care from these so called professionals.
Not the 1st time i have had problems with this surgery. 9 years ago another Dr. here told me i had COPD with a prognosis of 5 years. Later admitted they got it wrong. I should have taken it further at the time but was just relieved to find out they got it wrong.
