This surgery and it's appointment system is totally unfit for purpose.
It's patients are on a complete hiding to nothing! I've been a patient for ten years, and their practice management are totally incapable of doing anything whatsoever to improve the appointment system which is a national disgrace. Same pathetic service year in year out!
