I am trying to reach Burnham Health Centre in Minnicroft Road now for weeks. I am entitled to a free flu jab. Just received the message again and should call after 10:30am. Yet again I listen to Dr Jamal's 5 minute long and the call at the end: cannot be completed! SURPRISE! Yet again - the same for weeks on end. Do they ever listen to their own message? I cannot be the only patient not to get through to them. You are not allowed to walk in and then you can't reach them by phone, and not by email.

Suggested improvements
You could change Dr Jama;'s message to a shorter one and pick up the phone thereafter. That would do the trick!

The doctors and nurses at the centre are all excellent however the appointment system is not fit for purpose and needs to be scrapped and replaced. You have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting through to BHC on the phone.

Suggested improvements
Replace the archaic appointment system with something from the 20th century that serves the local community rather than hinders their ability to see a health professional when in need.

IMPOSSIBLE to contact, 3rd world system of attempting to get an appointment. NO way of actually speaking with someone, even about non edical issues.

accepting e mails or allowing ANY way of contacting someone.

I have been ringing constantly for 2 days to listen to a two and a half minute message to then find out they are to busy to take my call I am trying to find out my test results and book a flu vaccine

Maybe give corona advise once your call is accepted

impossible to get through on the phone after weeks of trying. They won't even let you talk to a receptionist to pass on a message the phone just keeps cutting you off and say unable to take your call. this has been happening for weeks. Whats going on there this is not any resemblance of a service.

Answer the phone and talk provide the service you are being paid to do
