Now an ex patient (moved away from the area) - but my experiences with the practice were almost all positive. Not always easy to get an appointment - but in times of need an appointment was made available. Also sometimes delays on appointment times - but then if I needed more time for any reason I was given it without feeling that I needed to hurry or that I was being a nuisance. Drs were willing to take the time to explain reasons for their decisions/impact of treatments etc. & to badger other services on my behalf.
Met with trainee Drs on a couple of occasions (having been asked first) - happy to see that the Drs there were willing to get involved in training & also encouraging involvement in various research programmes at the medical research dept at Newcastle. Not perfect - but that would have made me uncomfortable.
