Absolutely waste of time for starters the clocking in system does not work it was not sign posted anywhere. Waiting in the waiting room my appointment time comes up and haven’t been called in I go up to reception I was not booked in to which I thought I was, I then had to wait over an hour to be seen by a nurse just to tell me I need to see the doctor so waiting back in the waiting room and another hour goes by, although other people have come in to see the doctor after me and they have left before I’ve been seen I then get called in 1:30 hours later to be told I can’t be given anything what a waste of time will not be using these doctors again I thought Margaret street was bad but brunette are the worst I’ve ever come across!!!!

To get an appointment at this surgery is almost impossible. I work in Swansea and am unable to wait at home until I can call the surgery on the off chance of getting an appointment, To book an appointment to see someone has taken me 6 weeks an still the diary is not open, I can call again next week when it is in the hope that I can get an appointment. It is not the receptionists' fault she was very nice and tried to be as helpful as possible but this surgery is clearly not coping with the demand. SOMETHING MUST BE DONE!!!!

Receptionist NO HELP they should remember they are NOT DOCTORS they are just people answering phones and very bad at it
