The appointment telephone line is absolutely awful. It is constantly engaged from 8:30am and when it does answer, it cuts you off. I have spent numerous occasions on different days trying to get through to no avail. Having discussed it with my neighbours, they have had a similar experience and just now go there in person which runs contrary to the purpose of the phone system.

Suggested improvements
Get existing staff to answer the phones; if short of staff, get temporary staff during the morning peak period; if short of phone lines get more. This practice is well funded by the government and some of the doctors have their Porches parked outside; so for once think about the patients who cannot get appointments because your system is so flawed. I am a female business owner and if I ran my business with such disregard for my clients, I would be out of business!
