I wanttoo say a big thank you to the lovely lady (I an ashamed to say I have forgotten her name! It may have been Debbie? ) who was helping out on reception(not her usual job) when I urgently needed some paperwork completed for my son.
It normally takes up to 30 days, but somehow she and Dr. Winstock processed everything that day.
A miracle indeed. I am so grateful for the extra mile that was taken on our behalf.
