Service as always was very good. My problem is booking appts. I am deaf and unable to use the phone. I have reported-requested on several occassions to use text. I am told, with no real explanation that this is not possible, why? I have been deaf for many years and lived a very independant life and the lack of this service severely restricts my independence.
