Although I understand that Practice receptionists have a demanding job, I find the receptionists at this practice fairly rude and every time I had to ring for an appointment (which is probably twice/three times on average per year) I get the most uninterested and full of attitude receptionist ever. The audible sighs down the line are not pleasant. Every time I ring, I feel like I am bothering them. When I actually made to the practice and mentioned it to the receptionist - nicely and politely - the lady who was sitting was not at all sorry to hear that and asked me straight away that it was not her and if I want I can fill in a complaint form (which she could not find). I did not want to complain, I just wanted to mention it to someone to perhaps make the practice aware. However, the way she was all blase about it, made me want to complain. Maybe I have just been unlucky and the rest of the team is just compassionate and extremely lovely. On a positive note - all the doctors and nurses that have seen over the years with the practice have been wonderful. Thank you.
