I became a patient at this practice just over 2 years ago after moving into the area from greater London. Other than routine follow ups, blood pressure checks etc. I've been fortunate in not having to see a GP until today.
Yesterday I phoned the practice as I was experiencing a problem with my right ear. After a few simple questions from the receptionist I was offered an appointment for this morning which means I was seen by a doctor within 24 hours of my call. I was seen on time and consider my overall experience excellent.
