I requested medication online. After 3 working days nothing had happened. I called the surgery as anxious about inhaler running low. I was on the telephone for 18 minutes being told I was caller number one. I was then cut off with no one answering the phone at the point when the surgery was closed.

Suggested improvements
1. If you’re going to allow people to call in sugery opening time, you cannot just them off. It was an urgent call. If you’re not going to fulfil the 3 day prescription time, please let the patient know.
