I have been with this surgery for many years and if I were not getting the care I needed I would no longer to there. I tend to see one doctor most of the time so he/she may know my history better, however on the odd occasions when it is necessary to see other GPs within the setting I have not been disappointed. The doctors and staff are willing to take on board any concerns or issues that comes up. I do like the fact that you can speak to a doctor over the phone if you need advise on the day and if need be get you into the surgery to see a doctor as soon as possible. It is always easy to complain but very rarely do we give positive feedback.
