It takes too long to get an appointment by which time you wonder whether or not you need a doctor at all, the pharmacy was more helpful than the clinic

I'm sorry to hear it takes too long to get an appointment, we do our best to to provide appointments all day. We also provide triage calls- Monday,Tuesday & Friday mornings between 8.30 am and 11 am. You call reception and leave your telephone number and within 1 hour a GP will call you back. If the GP needs to see you we will always get you in or arrange a time later in the week if that suits you better. If we can sort out the problem over the phone we do. I hope this helps.
