After experiencing blood in my poo a few times, I rang for an appointment and got a telephone consultation within a week.
The doctor called on time and referred me fro a colonoscopy. His prompt actions meant my cancer was caught early stages and with no need for chemo.
I can't thank him enough!
Suggested improvements
Being slightly more proactive on informing me about medical exemption certificates - i only found out thanks to a local pharmacist whe I had to pay for a prescription for some of my ongoing medication.
