I waited about seven minutes on a Monday morning to speak to a receptionist to arrange an appointment for that morning with the gp of my choice. The receptionist was efficient and helpful and the go was informative and constructive. Since that initial appointment my gp had followed up with suggestions for further treatment and arranged for me to be seen at a pain clinic at a local hospital She has also booked me in to see her for further tests next week. The receptionist followed up a query on a prescription and arranged for a second one to be forwarded to a local pharmacy. Everyone was hugely efficient helpful and friendly - I couldn’t ask for more. I realise I am very fortunate to be a patient at Broad Lane Surgery.

The option to return a call to the gp - the only options are - 1. To make an appointment 2. Prescription queries 3. Blood test results My call was not any of these
