I phoned the surgery this morning and spoke to an extremely helpful and professional receptionist (Tracey). I have secondary breast cancer and she dealt with my query well. She phoned me back within 30 mins and gave me an appointment for noon that day. On arrival at the surgery I spoke to Trudy (receptionist) who was very helpful. I would like to thank them both on how they dealt with my problems and their efficiency.
