Transferring to Broad Lane Surgery some months ago was a revelation. My experience has been
positive and satisfying on each occasion when visiting and by telephone.
Reception staff are welcoming, friendly, interested and efficient. The same also applies to staff answering the telephone service.
It is evident that the Doctors value meeting face to face with patients with telephone appointments timely made.
The positive ethos of the Broad Lane surgery and atmosphere of the surgery is beneficial to my sense of well being and positive outlook.
Suggested improvements
A more streamlined approach to agreeing and prescribing changes of medications that would reduce
the time that patients may be without medication and in receiving their new prescription.
