Just been to get my covid booster and flu vaccine, the whole process was well organized, went extremely smoothly and safely.
There were in fact 2 doctors attending, which in my view showed a commitment to their patients.
My experience with the Broad Lane Surgery thus far has mostly positive.
Suggested improvements
Sometimes getting appointments whether it is for a GP consultation or with the practice nurse, can prove to be difficult, and the time frame of available appointments are too long to wait, even when I say it is important. It would help if the persons who take the call take on board the reasons for asking for the appointment.
