High quality GP's and desk staff. All prepared to go the extra mile to resolve a health problem or admin issue. Like all surgeries getting an appt with a preferred doctor at a future date is an issue, but generally possible to get an appt or at least a phone call on same day.
There can be a wait past appointment time, but that is because they don't cut corners with patient being seen - which is fine by me.
