Broad Lane surgery has a very calming atmosphere and I am always pleasantly welcomed by reception staff.
Doctor Rashid has been my doctor for 9 years now. I actually moved to Broad Lane surgery when she started there to continue being her patient because she is so good.
She has always been an exceptional doctor both for my physical and mental health. She is always professional and thorough, but as well as this she makes me feel cared for and listened to. She talks everything through with me and I have never felt rushed. I feel so lucky to have such an amazing doctor. She has taken incredible care of me particularly in the past two years and I honestly would have been lost without her and I can’t thank her enough.
