The Service is excellent. All the Doctors are good. I am happy with the Broad lane surgery.
I have been mostly seen by Dr Dhabi. Dr Dhabi is so caring and very patient with me. He listens to my problems and understand me very well. I have got better by his treatments in many occasions.
God bless him .
Suggested improvements
I feel the receptionist are ok. I totally understand they are under pressure. However Improvement can be in knowledge and better customer service.
