Share review of Broad Lane Surgery

My husband and I have both had need to use the surgery recently (blood tests, telephone consultations)and have been so impressed by the efficiency and promptness of dealing with our varied issues. The nurse is the most skilled at giving injections that I have ever come across, and the availability of telephone consultations from 7 am is incredibly helpful. I cannot recommend this surgery highly enough.

Given the challenges the NHS is currently facing I think I we are lucky to get the service we do. Of course it would be nice not to have to wait in a queuing system when the surgery opens, which is necessary when you have an emergency hoping for a same day consultation, but I accept that there is probably no way round this.
