Chloe the receptionist was excellent! Listened to my needs and recommended Dr Derby as my doctor was not available. I was a little anxious as I have not had great results previously when speaking with a doctor that didn’t know me. I should not have worried in the slightest . Dr Derby gave me his ears!! (When you’re over 60 you feel invisible)So refreshing to have someone that listens and makes you feel valued! He has made such a difference and lifted my spirits no end . It’s so important to give thanks when the nhs are going the such difficult times. So very grateful.

Don’t change a thing!! Fantastic surgery.
