I have been with this surgery for a year and never seen a doctor just keep seeing a nurse to check my COPD which I have had for over 20 years and nothing can be done which I know so waste of time I have a leaky heart valve and I am more bothered about that but it seems the doctor is only giving me a phone call I do believe they don't realise the serious of my condition i need oxygen at times as I can't live a normal everyday life so very disappointed in the whole thing
Suggested improvements
I just needed some help and support and I feel very neglected i know with covid is having to have priority i understand that but how ill have you got to be to see your doctor
