It is a miracle if you can get through on the phone to. be greeted with that outdated recorded message having to press buttons to speak to a receptionist, yesterday I was on hold for 4minutes before being able to speak to a receptionist who was very helpful, and why can't you get through at 8--30am the line is engaged for at least 15minutes, the phones should be answered promptly.
