On quite a few occasions now the receptionist has been rude on the phone whilst trying to make an appointment. Only when you persist, all of a sudden there is an appointment available to you. Today was the most recent instalment where I called to get a procedure completed by a nurse that takes 10-15 minutes. I was told by the receptionist that there were no appointments with the nurse for the next three weeks. Have given up on this practise due to the battle with the receptionist and will move to another practise.
