Very easy if you’re tech savvy and can book the telephone consultations on the app. Must be hard for others and for booking childrens appt it is hard as have to join queue. Would be good if app had children in your account so you could manage things there for them too to alleviate receptionists.

I listen to how hard it is to get an appointment in the UK. Here it is too easy. Book online Dr speaks to me that day and if an issue sees me that day. Could not ask for more.

If booking consultation it can be taken when I post. Good just to get next time.

We were there for the Covid and Flu jabs rather than an appointment involving the receptionist and doctors. However the 'jab' process was very efficient, well organised, and quickly processed.
