This was my first experience of attending Galletly Practice and I found the whole process extremely well organised and efficient. The nurse who attended to me was polite, attentive to my needs and very caring. She went out of her way to ensure I was ok and made me feel I was in control of the process. Everywhere looked very clean, which was good to see.

A sign as you enter letting you know that you could drop off samples, without queuing, and where it is, would help new patients go straight there, rather than having to queue, then you see it. Other than that, “Well done Galletly team!”

Never have any trouble seeing a doctor. Always very helpful and respectable if how your feeling. Surgery saw patients face to face when lots of surgeries still don't and been told they have trouble even to speak to a doctor. Not at my surgery excellent service and highly recommend
