They offer a very good service. I have had to request a clinician call back several times lately, it has been very efficient, This morning I had to go in for.a blood test, the nurse was excellent, very friendly & caring.

I am very satisfied with the service they provide I think for people who have a bit of technical know how, Smart phones etc it is a lot easier. I feel sorry for older people who don’t have this accessibility

I had a call back from the doctor within and hour and a same morning appointment made. During the appointment I was treated with dignity and respect and my treatment plan discussed fully with opportunity to ask questions given.

I suffer with pain in my hand for over two years and GP I saw told me there is nothing else to do just live with the pain. Not good when i have to go to work it is affecting my sleep and basic every day life. I have back pain as well now and he referred me to a physiotherapist. I felt like i came there for nothing and i am just wasting their time.

If patient is dealing with chronic pain and have to go to work try and help and maybe don’t tell them to get use to it. And at least pretend to have some knowledge about human body. It might be so many things.

It took a few phone calls before I was given a waiting space I was then able to request a call back. My appointment was on time and I was able to ask questions and get answers. I really could not have asked for a better service.

The phone system is off putting when the lines are all full but then I guess I lot of people call in for different reasons
