We are new to the area and have just registered, and this was our first visit to the surgery but very impressed with the overall feel of the surgery and everyone we spoke to were extremely pleasant.

Apart from the car park, so full we couldn't park but in future will park in the town and walk.

I had rung in the morning for an appointment. Painful swollen knee. I received a call back and was given an appointment. I arrived 5minutes late. I had tried to call the doctors to advise of this 15minutes before I arrived and couldn't get through. I tried for 5 minutes and was then in a que for a further 10minutes. Call was answered as I pulled into the car park. There was a queue at reception and when I finally got to speak to receptionist she said I was too late for my appointment and that is have to call again the next morning. I said could she not book me in for an appointment for the following day as I had already been through the process of the call back call. She said no. I would have to call back again tomorrow.

How about allowing people to book appointments in person if they are at the surgery. It's a stupid system!!!!

Depends on the day & time of trying

The nurses were extremely helpful in resolving my post op infection of the wound

Excellent care Blood test thursday Result and a ECG Friday how good is that Just waiting for hospital appt now Would recommend this practice to anyone would like to have been given more info on reasons for Call back and E CG All in all though great care

They always do their best to help. I recently had a private prescription to be transferred to NHS with only one days meds left and they went above and beyond to help me. Can’t thank them enough
