Great Doctors Surgery, from booking appointments, to call backs and services received. Cannot recommend this surgery enough.

I booked a telephone call. The doctor didn’t ring me when planned and I ended up getting a voice message (it didn’t ring through to my phone) 15mins later. Voice message said to ring them back and when I did I was cut off due to “high volume of calls”. This has meant I’ve not managed to speak to any GP today and will need to rebook. On the system it showed as of I’ve had my appointment too even when I’ve not and it was past the time I’d booked when they did ring. Not acceptable as if we missed an appointment it’s our problem yet they can be late and then when we try to ring back there is no direct link to the GP.

Ring on time for the booked appointment or text to say that there is a delay in times. Allow a direct number to ring back the doctor so that patients aren’t turned away from the call back due to volume of calls

Have to try a few times to get through, but receptionists are always helpful and polite.

Very difficult to get through by phone. Prefer to book on line but unable to book medicine reviews on line. Tried for 2 days. When finally through day one receptionist was of no help at all - not sure that it was her fault. Only thing she could say was try again tomorrow. May be better if an automated response saying all appointments full today was available, saving both the receptionist and patient frustration.

Add the clinical practitioner appointments to the app.
