It is really difficult to get through to a doctor now but I found the app really helpful. Afyer havimg treatment for cancer it would be helpful to be able to speak to a doctor. When you do get through the service is brilliant

The only thing is to be able to get through on the telephone. I never call unless I need to speak to someone. I really couldn’t be happier with the service otherwise

I booked a blood test, turned up on time and was called immediately I also spoke with the receptionist about my medication and the clinical pharmacist phoned me Very helpful

I am contacting the surgery often these days, and have been impressed by the professionalism of the team. I'm going through a stressful time due to steroids (Prednisone) and, although am now at 5mg on a weaning regime, a few times have had to increase the mg. Whenever I do this, my body goes into 'shock' and I feel really poorly. Also have high BP for which I have recently been prescribed different medication. I have felt quite well this last week - fingers are crossed. :-)

Nothing to add here, all has been 100%.
