It's very difficult to get through to the surgery by telephone as they are always on black alert, I cannot understand why this happens at 8.30 in the morning.

I think you need more doctors and more receptionists to cope with the rise in population in bourne, this is obviously causing the problem.

Care excellent as usual

Retain my favourite GP who left yesterday, 15/05/2023, Dr Sacks. Dr Manners, previously my GP, is also sorely missed. Shall need to build a new relationship with another member of the practice.

I would have preferred to make the initial contact / appointment electronically instead of by phone. Once I had been accepted into the system communication was good, by phone and post, and time scales and clinical information were updated appropriately. I had said I could be flexible on a telephone call. My eventual time of operation on the day was moved forward which I could do, very good. On the day all systems worked excellently, reception, surgery, support, and care were all of a very high quality and the waiting facility was comfortable with appropriate facilities to hand. Excellent, thank you, Dave Squire.

I had to travel by car as I live 45 minutes away. Parking information was not easy to ascertain. I had to phone in to find out about parking.

I have always received excellent care at this practice. I am particularly grateful that I am lucky enough to be a patient here when I hear horror stories regarding other local GP practices, such as waiting times, not being able to speak to a doctor within an acceptable timeframe and inability to secure an appointment. So far, this has never happened at the Galletly practice. The practice, is very clean, friendly and professional. The ‘call back’ service works well and I have always been able to speak to an appropriate person for my concern.
