I would have preferred to make the initial contact / appointment electronically instead of by phone. Once I had been accepted into the system communication was good, by phone and post, and time scales and clinical information were updated appropriately. I had said I could be flexible on a telephone call. My eventual time of operation on the day was moved forward which I could do, very good. On the day all systems worked excellently, reception, surgery, support, and care were all of a very high quality and the waiting facility was comfortable with appropriate facilities to hand. Excellent, thank you, Dave Squire.

Suggested improvements
I had to travel by car as I live 45 minutes away. Parking information was not easy to ascertain. I had to phone in to find out about parking.
