Initially the system was a problem, and calling could sometimes be an issue.
But now the glitches have been resolved, no problem.( it could well have been user problem)

The consultation was totally focused on treating my symptoms for high blood pressure, understanding and treating the cause was never discussed. Given there are a number of possible causes this concerns me

Only able to phone to get an appointment. 30mins of repeated dialing to get in the phone queue. Actual appointment with the Dr was 'Very Good' .I Look forward to improved system being launched thanks

The appointment was easy to book at a convenient time for me. Dr Cregor was really pleasant and polite, it was easy to talk to him and he was empathetic and compassionate.
