I was referred to Bourne Galletly by my GP to see Mr McKee I was immediately impressed on entering The reception was clean, organised & inviting The reception was manned by a receptionist & NOT a 'bouncer' ! I was called for my appointment bang on time My condition was confirmed and the procedure explained to me in a language I could understand (not Doctor talk) I left content & in a way looking forward to my next visit Thank you all
