I have always received excellent service, l’ve found team members to be personable, reassuring and professional either on the phone or in person.
Everything was explained and any questions l had were answered, all done in a welcoming and relaxed manner (putting me at ease).
Suggested improvements
Just had a problem with self check in but then approached receptionist to deal with the issue
