I made an appointment for a GP call back on the app and got an appointment with a nurse the same day. I checked in when I arrived 5min early and the was kept waiting for over 90min before seeing the nurse, who was great. I spoke to the receptionist twice but got no information or explanation. I appreciate that urgent cases happen that may delay other appointments but there is no excuse for not keeping those who are delayed informed. Otherwise it was all good.

Suggested improvements
Been proactive when it was clear my appointment was going to be very late. After 30min someone should have advised me and anyone else waiting. My appointment wasn't urgent and could have been rearranged.
