In the three years I have lived in Bourne and been a patient at the Galletly Practice I have always received an appointment within hours of my calling the practice reception. The receptionists have always been courteous, efficient and helpful; the waiting areas are clean and spacious; the car park always has enough vacant spaces and the electronic booking in system on arrival means no lengthy queues at the reception area. The Doctors I have seen are all very professional, giving clear information, guidance and detailed prognosis of conditions. The most outstanding feature of this practice is the daily patient management system which works so well.

The surgery is lovely and clean and most of the doctors are pleasant and helpful. However, the receptionists can be very rude and abrupt at times. I have been registered at this practice for numerous years and each time I call the receptionists ask why I want to see or speak to a doctor. My health issues are of no concern to the receptionists and they should not be asking personal information from myself regarding my health! Nor should they blurt out why I am at the doctors when stood at the reception in full view and hearing of other patients! This is personal stuff, even if I am just attending for a blood test - I do NOT want this information blurted out in reception thank you!

I have just moved to this drs surgery and I have only good things to say. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I have seen two nurses & a Dr all of which have also been very friendly and professional which is exactly what I think is the perfect combination. The surgery is well thought out and is spotlessly clean. All in all excellent service. Thank you!
