I have a couple of regular GPs I see here but have sometimes been referred to others here, and every one I have met has made me feel comfortable and unhurried, and listened to.
I have been a patient here for all of my 52 years and remember the receptionist being a "hatch with a hand" that slid open, grabbed your medical card and slammed the hatch shut again!
Receptionists today are really helpful and go out of their way to fit you in as they listen and know when you are in urgent need, and reassuring when they offer you appointments going out of their way to offer you what they can. The hatch has long gone!
I don't know what else to say without gushing because all the GPs, receptionists and the practice nurses here are golden.
