Phoned the surgery with back pain and lack of mobility, asking for a home visit. Was prompting rung by a doctor to talk through my symptoms and confirm a home visit. Later recieved another phone call to confirm time of visit and symptoms experienced. Home visit was quick, helpful and just what was needed. Very very impressed.
