I switch GP as i moved to far away from mu precious one. Suggested this practice. I been giving new antidepressants and left on my own with it. I’ve called several time and been told by a very annoyed and unprofessional receptionist that they were unable to help me, call the pharmacy or called back. I called once in tears and the receptionist told me to call 111 l because there was not Doctor available. My therapiat send them two letter which they never reply. I understand been busy in these times but the way the receptionist are dealing with patients is Embarrassing and Unprofessional! You never know what your tone of voice will trigger or else in who’s on the line.

Suggested improvements
If the doctor says to call back in two weeks i should be able to book a call with him and have the call back and not been told to call the pharmacist - if you received letter from therapist you should at least give a nod to say you saw it.
