On numerous occasions I've to call the surgery and been left waiting without success for over an hour each time, after which point I've given up trying.
Prescriptions take days just to not be authorised and the adjoining dispensary seem to think they can decide whether or not to dispense your prescriptions, despite being authorised by a GP.
Queues and waiting times are terrible and I've had enough of needing an acceptable standard of service from a GP practice that fails consistently to provide it - even in these times of a pandemic!
Suggested improvements
Sack the dispensary manager and address the need for clinical staff with an area that's growing in population. Hire staff to answer the phones and address how polite you should be to people.
