On numerous occasions I've to call the surgery and been left waiting without success for over an hour each time, after which point I've given up trying. Prescriptions take days just to not be authorised and the adjoining dispensary seem to think they can decide whether or not to dispense your prescriptions, despite being authorised by a GP. Queues and waiting times are terrible and I've had enough of needing an acceptable standard of service from a GP practice that fails consistently to provide it - even in these times of a pandemic!

Sack the dispensary manager and address the need for clinical staff with an area that's growing in population. Hire staff to answer the phones and address how polite you should be to people.

i can not fault the care given by the staff i only have one complaint trying to book a appointment i phoned at 8 30 and was no 17 on the call list time i got through all the appointments had gone its not fair if people can walk in and book a appointment at 8 why is it that you cant phone at eight this has happened to me more then once and its getting impossible to get an appointment on the phone i was on the phone neaely 25 mins this morning

All the Doctors I have see at this practice have given me their time and never made me feel I am wasting their time and need to leave as their 10 minute slot is up!
