Absolute waste of time i work everyday between 8 and 10 so can't call to make a appointment so they just said I can't get seen to. The receptionist was extremely cheeky no need for it she has 1 job and that is to take app and notes for the doctors the least she could do is be nice to people instead of talking down to people.

A receptionist with a bit of manners would be a good start. Maybe a time later in the day aswell so people that work every morning can book a app.
