Impossible to get through on the phone. The surgery is extremely old and does not appear to be clean. People who answer the phone are frequently condescending and extremely rude. If you do not call at 8:30am you cannot get an appointment. Would expect a basic level of decency especially as a mental health patient. Every interaction is made to seem like the person on the phone is doing you a favour. Removed the ability to order repeat prescriptions online. The alternative is to put a scrap of paper in the post box

Suggested improvements
Staff in urgent need of basic courtesy training Give the place a clean and a coat of paint Actually use your website for something useful Let patients see their own GP instead of a random one every time.
