Appointment are always late by a minimum of 20mintes. I have a young daughter and her immunisation was cancelled and then rescheduled a week after which meant 6 weeks between doses as there are never any appointment. The phone rings for ages when try to make an appointment.
The plus side is that the doctors and midwife here are very good and I always do get a good care.
